Contact and corrections
This is a small project. Corrections are genuinely welcome, and the published record of what changed is part of how the site earns trust.
What to write to us about
- A factual correction
- Something on a value page or in a dilemma is wrong, out of date, or misleading. Tell us which page and what is wrong — that is enough.
- A cultural or ideological concern
- A scenario reads as slanted, dismissive, or as assuming one way of living is the normal one. These reports are read carefully and are the reason the review process exists.
- An accessibility problem
- Something did not work with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion. Please say which browser and assistive technology you were using.
- A product or download problem
- For a purchase you cannot find, use the recovery link in your receipt email first — that is self-service and instant. Write to us only if recovery itself fails.
How to reach us
The correction inbox is not open yet. This site went
live on 2 September 2026 and the mailbox for
corrections@betweenvalues.com is still being set up, so mail sent
there would not reach anyone. Rather than invite corrections into a
void, we are saying so.
It will be open shortly. When it is, a correction gets a reply within three working days, and anything accepted is logged publicly with its date rather than changed silently. There will be no phone line and no live chat.
